FINE ART SCHOOL PORTRAITS

Hello, Village Preschool families! My name is Sarah Slayton and I’ll be taking fine art school portraits of your child on October 4th and 5th. My goal is to capture your child’s true, authentic personality and expressions (no more forced smiles and cheesy grins!) through a fun and relaxed interaction. You will choose the image/s that you love through a simple, online ordering process. I will donate 10% of sales back to Village Preschool.

HOW TO PREPARE

• photos will be taken outside on campus with a natural background

• photos will be taken from the chest up (no need to worry about dirty sneakers!)

• bold colors always photograph well - try to avoid any large patterns or shirts with animated characters as they can be distracting

• if your child has bangs, make sure they are trimmed and don’t hang in their eyes

WHAT TO EXPECT

• I will spend 1-2 minutes with each child to capture their genuine expressions and personality

• within 2 weeks your photos will be available to view in an online gallery

• 2-5 images per child

• all ordering will be done online

• print products will be delivered to the school within 4 weeks

HOW TO ORDER

• there will be a link on this page to view your child’s gallery

• each gallery will be private and password protected

• families may choose their own images, and order prints, canvas wraps and digital files directly from the viewing gallery
